Sustaio IS the future of sustainability.
It’s open-mic week on the BYOBrand Podcast, and I’m passing the torch to a badass business owner on an inspiring mission to bring the #CircularAdvantage to the masses.
Got a habit you would like to break?
Most of us can’t just wake up, deciding that TODAY is the day we’re going to achieve that goal we’ve meant to work on.
That’s not how habit adoption works.
From the number of steps you take per day to flossing your teeth, there’s an app somewhere designed to ping you into being the best version of yourself. After all, brands exist to alleviate pain points and satiate our needs.
While striving towards daily fulfillment and balance is crucial to happiness, it neglects to address the issues around us that make our micro-system possible.
It would be akin to scrubbing every nook and cranny of your home, then peering out the window to see a street littered with debris and rubbish.
Currently, no app in existence examines your habits and actions in relation to your environment. Seems like a rather big thing to miss, considering the weight environment plays in our lives, right?
Until now.

From the impetus propelling them to what to expect from the future, OP gets real, honest – and a lot of fun.
The Future
Sustainability is a charged topic. It’s one of those conversations that acts as a starter or the spark igniting an insatiable wildfire. The media has played a sizable role in making this a polarized subject, but feelings aside, what happens to our planet affects all of us.
That’s something I love about this concept. It’s not for the stereotypical eco-archetype. If you’re a people who lives on this rock… it’s for you!
Sustaio gives Sustainability gets a much-needed makeover, digitizing the effort, so that it’s not only accessible but appeasing to anyone with a phone…essentially, the whole world.
Wherever you are in your journey to sustainability, this app meets you there, showing you the real-life impacts of your decisions in a way that doesn’t make you feel guilty for purchasing that bottle of water a week ago. If you want to learn how to improve, it does that too!
Olivia pulled out all of the stops when dreaming up this bit of genius. And you can hear about all of them in Ep. 6, ‘The Future Is Sustainable With Olivia Pedersen!’ Tune-In and Turn-It Up to hear from real entrepreneurs making real change during a pivotal chapter in human history.
